Shipping Policy

All orders are made to order and fulfilled through our print partners (Printful/Printify). Please allow time for production before shipping.

Processing time
Most orders are produced within 2–5 business days.

Shipping time
Shipping time depends on your location and the carrier. Typical delivery times are:

• Canada: 2–8 business days

• USA: 3–10 business days

• International: 7–21 business days

Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link by email.

Delays
Shipping times are estimates. Delays can happen due to carrier issues, customs, weather, or peak seasons.

Wrong address
Please double check your shipping address at checkout. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, we may need to charge shipping again to resend it.

Lost packages
If tracking shows “delivered” but you didn’t receive it, contact the carrier first. If you still need help, email us and we’ll do what we can.
