Returns & Refunds

All items are made to order. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect sizing, buyer’s remorse, or change of mind.

Damaged / incorrect items
If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, we’ll replace it at no cost.

To request a replacement, email us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • your order number

  • photos of the item

  • photos of the packaging (if possible)

Refunds
Refunds are only issued if a replacement is not possible.
